LOST's Terms of Service

! By commissioning me, you are consenting to abide by the terms of service outlined below !

General Informations

・Please communicate politely and directly.
・Please be patient.
・Any rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, or non-constructive comments may result in blacklisting.
・Please provide organized, clean, and accurate references with images and text. Before asking for a commission, have in mind what you want.
・I have every right to decline or cancel your commission during any time of the process if I find it inconvenient to do in any way.
・I kindly ask for honesty if the work done is not to your liking. My job is to satisfy your requests. Changes are free, don't hesitate to ask. Remember to still maintain courteous manners.
・I will only use my own art style unless there is an explicit request for a particular style (which includes style from anime, manga and my previous works), but this will be discussed with me, the artist.
・The completion of the works may take from 1-3/4 weeks onwards, it depends on the customer's request and the artist's own schedule. If there is any problem, I will contact you personally. I kindly ask you not to ask me constantly when the commission will be concluded.
・Please note that I won't accept NSFW commissions from minors.

Revisions

・Revisions are free during the sketch phase.
・I will allow smaller changes when the artwork is close to finish, even in the final result ( ex. small details, little color corrections).
・I will ask for additional charge for big changes (ex. changing an entire piece of clothing, changing colors for a big part of the illustration, changing hands or other positions etc.) that will be 5€.

Payments

・Commission needs to be paid 100% in advance, or 50% before the sketch, and 50% after. I will not accept other payment methods.
・No refunds once the commission is confirmed. You will be refunded however if I'm unable to finish the commission, for whatever reason.
・I will only accept PayPal. If you have no way to pay this way, we can work around it.
・Please note that I work with EUR (€), but we will also work around your preferred currency.

Copyright

・As the artist, I own all rights to the illustrations I make: I may use it for promotion, marketing, portfolio/references and prints.
・I will post the commission, unless I am told not to and leave it private. Please note in advance.
・If you wish to post my art on any social media not for commercial use, (as a pfp, banner, emote, etc.) you are kindly obligated to apply the proper credits.
・If the copyright is violated in any way, the customer's rights to the work will be revoked.
What is considered Copyright Infringement?
・Commercial use of the work without the permission of the artist. This includes all activities that involve making money from the artwork in any form.
・False-claiming credit for the creation of the artwork is not allowed.
・Removing watermarks or signatures of any kind is not allowed.
・It is not allowed to modify the artwork without the consent of the artist.
・Taking works in progress (WIP) or complete works and modifying them for personal use without permission (ex. coloring lineart or tracing) and claiming it as your own is considered theft and is prohibited.
・Using my work for NFT or any other blockchain-related business is not authorized.
・Claiming my work as yours without consent.
・Using my work with AI art programs (etc.) is strictly prohibited.
